Welcome to Plysogen. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our services. By using Plysogen, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Plysogen provides an automation platform for scheduling, managing, and posting video content to third-party platforms such as YouTube and TikTok. Users upload content, configure settings, and authorize Plysogen to publish on their behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Plysogen. If you are under 18, you affirm that you have your guardian’s permission to use our services.

3. Account Registration

  • To access Plysogen, you must create an account using a valid email address.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Platform Connections

  • Users must connect their social media or video-sharing accounts through secure OAuth flows.
  • You authorize Plysogen to use these tokens exclusively to upload, manage, and publish your content based on your instructions.
  • Plysogen does not modify, alter, or post content without explicit scheduling by the user.

5. Content Responsibilities

  • You retain full ownership of all uploaded content.
  • You affirm that you have the legal right to publish the content you upload through Plysogen.
  • You are responsible for compliance with the destination platform’s (YouTube, TikTok) Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

  • Publishing content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or harmful is strictly prohibited.
  • Attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or disruption of the platform is prohibited.

7. Beta Testing and Simulations

Plysogen may offer a beta mode for testing purposes. Simulated postings during beta will not be published to third-party platforms. Beta services are provided “as is” without warranties.

8. Data Retention and Storage

  • Videos uploaded to Plysogen are stored temporarily until published or manually deleted by the user.
  • OAuth tokens are securely encrypted and can be revoked at any time through platform settings.

9. Termination

Plysogen reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in suspicious activities, or misuse the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

Plysogen provides services “as is” and disclaims all warranties. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of our services or from third-party platform issues.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of changes. Continued use of Plysogen after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
